Wilted Lettuce Salad With Mushrooms

Makes 4 servings of about 100 calories each
1 head Romaine lettuce
2C sliced white mushrooms
1T butter
1 tomato
2T Parmesan cheese
2C broccoli sprouts
Saute mushrooms in the butter. Mix the other salad ingredients together with a few splashes of balsamic vinegar, put the still hot mushrooms on top, then firmly cover so the hot mushrooms will wilt the lettuce. back
