Spaghetti and Fishballs

Makes 4 servings of about 200 calories each
1 small spaghetti squash
1lb fresh cod
4T ww bread crumbs
salt and pepper
2 chopped little green onions/chives
Sauce
1 can(14 oz) diced tomatoes
1C sliced white mushrooms
Combine the fishball ingredients in a processor, pulse until finely chopped but don’t blend out the texture, divide into 16 balls. Cook the tomatoes and mushrooms until the mixture is gently simmering, place the fishballs in the simmering mix, cover and cook under very low heat for 10 minutes. back
